Succesful testing at Zandvoort

Yesterday evening I had 2 hours of testing with the Skyline at Zandvoort. The first 15 minutes were horrible! The car was so snappy, so fragile and so responsive that it was not easy to handle.
It was just like a totally different car. I visited the paddock 3 times for checking the tires. Just thinking about oversteer was enough....
At one moment Wilco van Esch, Paul Vlasblom, Olaf Commijs and me find each other on the track and what then happend was really unbelievable. With four cars simultaneous drifting of the whole zandvoort track. Berend van Berkel was tailing me and he told me that he had to back off just because of the smoke I produced. At 21.30 I was very happy with the job that Car Performance had done on my car. Jonne and Jeroen did a perfect job and we will have to keep in mind that this engine is not the new soupie doupie race engine with 100 BHP more. We will see, but the future looks bright. This Sunday we are at Zolder during Race Wars were I will be driving drifttaxi together with Deborah Lopez.. See you!
